Terms of service
Thank you for choosing us to bring the thrill of the casino to your event. Below are the terms and conditions for hiring our fun casino tables. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:
1. Payment Terms
- The full hire fee must be paid via bank transfer to our nominated UK account at least 28 days before your event.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice detailing all arrangements.
- If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and withhold services.
2. Damage to Equipment
- Any damage to our tables or materials not caused by Fun Casino 21 personnel will be fully chargeable to you (the client).
- We kindly ask that guests treat the equipment with care.
3. Staff Safety
- The safety and wellbeing of our staff is a priority. If at any point our team feels it is unsafe or inappropriate to continue, they reserve the right to shut down and dismantle the casino tables and leave the event.
4. Cleanliness & Glassware
- Please ensure the area around the casino tables is kept tidy.
- We kindly ask that plates, drinks, and glassware are kept off the tables to maintain cleanliness and safety.
5. Additional Hours & Late Surcharges
- The quoted hire price covers the agreed number of playing hours.
- Should you wish to extend the hire period, this will be charged at:
- £35 per hour, per casino table
- £35 night surcharge per croupier (applies after midnight)
- Extensions must apply to all hired tables and are subject to staff availability.
6. Parking Requirements
- Suitable parking must be provided close to the event entrance/loading area to allow for smooth setup and pack-down.
- Any parking fees (e.g. meters, car parks) incurred by our team will be recharged to the client at cost after the event.
7. Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 28 days prior to the event date.
If you cancel:
- More than 28 days before the event:
- Your deposit will be retained, but no further charges will apply.
- Between 14 and 28 days before the event:
- You will be refunded 75% of the balance paid, excluding the deposit.
- Less than 14 days before the event:
- You will be refunded 50% of the balance paid, excluding the deposit.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
- While we do everything possible to arrive on time, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable delays such as traffic incidents or vehicle breakdowns.
- In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to minimise any disruption.
9. Liability & Insurance
- Fun Casino 21 holds Public Liability Insurance for activities carried out during the event.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fun Casino 21 against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, except where caused by negligence or wilful misconduct by Fun Casino 21 personnel.
